Gary founded DTVision, a business consulting firm that provides a broad range of strategic advice to commercial enterprises,
foreign companies, philanthropic foundations, nonprofit organizations, and other entities on regulatory matters, governmental
policy, and the new media. Using a multi-disciplinary approach, advice incorporates
such areas as FCC regulatory policy, Congressional legislation, industry trends, and new technologies. Services include helping for-profit companies formulate internal business strategies, assisting private
foundations in grantmaking activities, and providing advice to nonprofit organizations with respect to mission-oriented work. Clients have included Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd., and Samsung Electronics America,
